Q.
So all that I need is a good credit score and no cash out of my pocket right?
A
That’s it. All you need is a credit score of at least 680 or higher.
Q.
So I will make money regardless at closing, can I choose between an Option 1 or Option 2 on each deal?
A
Yes. You will earn an average of $ 15,000.00 on Option 1, and $20,000 to $25,000 on Option 2, no strings attached.

What are my cost?
A
Option 1: For the first 12 months, nothing. We will place the perfect tenant inside your property; we will make your mortgage payments and start a lease option (rent-to-own) program with your future tenant. After the 12 months our goal is to have your tenants buy your property.

What’s the catch?
A
There is no catch. Our company does everything. We will become your property manager for the 12 months and use your tenants as future buyers on your home. No strings attached.
Q.
How will this affect my credit?
A
Each property is income-producing. Any expenses on your rentals are a tax write off and it only should have minor effects on your credit.

Are these new homes, or rehabs? Where are they located?
A
Both. Trademark Properties offers new houses and rehabbed houses that are in good condition inside and out. All our properties are located in the Tampa Bay area.
Q.
Why don’t you invest into bigger and more expensive homes?
A
Because that type of market is the most overbuilt in this state. The more expensive the homes are the higher the mortgage payments. We focus on houses below the 200K range because this is what the majority of people can afford in the Bay area.
Q.
When can I start?
A
As soon as we received a copy of your credit report and we know for a fact that your credit is good enough for financing we will contact you with properties that are lucrative to invest.
Q.
Where do we close and who will write me a check?
A
All closings will be done at a major title company in the Tampa Bay area. We only work with credible title companies. The title company will write you a check directly at closing for the amount of 10K-20K depending on the property.
