Option 1:

We will offer you houses with great equity with no extra expenses out of your pocket!

On each property you will earn an average of $15,000.00 per house. We only target houses below the $200,000.00 range to make this attractive for the investors. Each property has an average of $40,000.00 in cash equity and all houses are located in highly desirable neighborhoods.

We will become your property manager and make your payments for the next twelve months. That is right! For the next twelve months we will make your mortgage payments and place the right tenant for your property. We will pre-select tenants that have great job and income stability and that want to become home owners. We repair and reestablish their credit score to qualify the tenants into first time home buyers within the twelve months.

Great News! After twelve months the tenants will have credit ability to qualify to purchase your house! The investor, agrees to sell the house to the tenant for a price that will be negotiated before closing. Once we successfully close on the property the investor agrees to pay Trademark Property Solutions a 50% profit fee based on the sales price on the house.

Option 2:

On each property you can earn an average of $20,000 to $25,000, depending on your credit score. Trademark Property Solutions will guarantee placing qualified tenants (income & job stability) inside your home, establishing a lease agreement between the investor (landlord) and tenant(s). You as the investor will become responsible for making the mortgage payments and collecting the rent. Trademark Property Solutions recommends keeping the house for two years and either selling the house to the tenants or another buyer.

Typically, we like investors to invest into two houses per person and some investors are able to buy more properties depending on your credit. You could buy up to six properties and make up to $ 20,000.00 on each property. This is great money potential for any investor.
